I am a white woman and I don't think the author is calling out ALL white women at all. The way I see it, the author is asking all white women to listen and learn. If it a lesson the reader already knows and practices, the message was not for them. The comments make it clear who the message is for. Those who already have learned this lesson don't feel the need to justify their actions. They don't feel called out.

I do not feel called out by this article as this is a lesson I was already aware of. But I am thankful to see the situation being talked about especially by a person who is part of the culture that is relevant to the conversation.
