I just learned about something called, Stuff Your Reader Day. How have I not heard of this before?! I rarely buy print books anymore, especially now that I live in a country where I am not fluent in the language yet so I can’t read any of the books.
Apparently, September 20-22 is Stuff Your Reader Day, an event that is put on four times a year by Romance Bookworms.
The event features ebooks that are being offered free of charge. You can download them and own them forever. For free!

Why is this important in a publication for writers?
For two reasons.
One is that if you want to be a good writer, you need to be a reader. Reading is not only entertaining but it also teaches us good grammar and expands our vocabulary. And reading fiction does this just as well as nonfiction. And can be more entertaining!
